The Art of Healing

From sacred preparation rituals to classical Panchakarma, every treatment at AyurBirth is chosen with intention — according to your constitution, your condition and the story revealed through your pulse.

Medicine is not a menu.

After your doctor's consultation, your pulse helps determine which treatments are appropriate for you, in what order and for how long.

From Snehapana to prepare the body, to Shirovasthy for the nervous system, to Bandhana where healing needs to be held in place — your treatment journey is designed around you.

Your pulse writes the prescription. Nature fills it. Our hands deliver it.
